TheonexAI provides AI infrastructure development, automation systems, and consulting services. All services are delivered under a written agreement signed before project commencement.
Intellectual Property
Full IP and source code ownership transfers to the client upon final payment for Fixed Scope projects. TheonexAI retains the right to reference the project as a portfolio case study unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Standard terms are milestone-based payments as defined in the project scope document.
Confidentiality
TheonexAI signs a mutual NDA before any technical discussion begins. All project information, source code, and business data shared during the engagement are treated as strictly confidential.
Warranties & Support
All Fixed Scope projects include 30 days of post-launch bug-fix support. Extended support and maintenance are available through Monthly Retainer plans.
Limitation of Liability
TheonexAI's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. TheonexAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Surat, Gujarat, India.
